Councilman Cummings files for re-election

Councilman Stacy Cummings has filed to run for re-election in the City Council elections to be held in November, 2026. In the brief time representing his home district in Virginia Beach, Councilman Cummings has already become a leader on issues concerning small business, housing and the city budget.
